Marlet announces latest finance deal with HBFI for €74m for Green Acre Grange in Dundrum
Marlet is pleased to have agreed a financing facility with Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI) for €74m for a forthcoming residential development in Dundrum, which will deliver 253 homes.
Pat Crean, CEO of Marlet said: “In the current Covid environment, where access to construction finance is increasingly challenging, it is a very welcome initiative from the government to support HBFI in providing funding to enable Marlet to continue delivering homes in Dublin.”
Green Acre Grange is a much-anticipated development of 253 apartments in a particularly attractive and leafy setting on the Upper Kilmacud Road in Dublin 14.
Located within walking distance of Dundrum Town Centre, and the Luas Green line stations of Kilmacud and Balally, the development will also provide numerous residents amenities, such as a concierge, creche, gym and cinema room, as well as landscaped areas and rooftop terraces.
An Bord Pleanala approves College Square 21-storey tower
Marlet’s exciting plans for its College Square landmark have received further boost with An Bord Pleanala granting permission to add a 10-storey residential tower to the top of the already approved 11-storey office block.
