Current Vacancies

Project Engineer

  • Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
  • Experience as site manager/site engineer/contracts manager or similar
  • Working knowledge of temporary and permanent works, excavations and basements
  • Review and coordination of preconstruction design, preconstruction planning compliance (e.g. CDWMP, H&S etc) and procurement
  • Experience in coordinating of excavation programs and site works
  • Ensuring compliance with planning and disposal of material
  • Liaising with ground work contractors and disposal facilities
  • Review of waste logs and compliance
  • Safety & close out reporting
  • Coordination of a number of projects on site with information collected and verified from the site teams
  • Supervision/site presence
  • Knowledge of material classifications is required

 

Planning Manager / Scheduler

  • Experience on construction projects through the planning process, Detailed Design, Procurement and delivery
  • 5+ years experience in program management of multiple development projects across all stages of project lifecycle – residential and commercial experience a must
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment with multiple live projects
  • Preparing and driving project plans/schedules of works/ programs and reporting on / challenging contractor programs
  • Ensuring all project stakeholders adhere to agreed programmes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Addressing regular internal queries & collaboration with legal, commercial & other departments

Senior Project Manager

  • 10-15 years experience
  • Previous relevant experience with a developer a plus
  • Experience in project management of multiple development projects
  • Hands on experience of management of construction projects
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment with multiple live projects
  • Contract Administration and management
  • Preparing project plans/schedules of works
  • Managing and monitoring contractors onsite
  • Quality management

  • Overseeing & management of planning application submissions
  • Experience in working in a fast paced planning environment with multiple live projects
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Addressing regular internal planning, commercial, legal among other queries
  • Management of design team & planning application inputs

 

Project Manager

  • 5-10 years experience
  • Previous relevant experience with a developer a plus

  • Producing financial projections and forecasting
  • Developing and maintaining supplier and sub-contractor relationships

 

Junior Project Manager

  • 2-5 years experience.
