Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager role presents a great career opportunity for a passionate & ambitious marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career.  The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the day to day marketing activity in Marlet Property Group. This will involve leading out, developing & executing the marketing strategy & being the key point of contact in developing best in class marketing executions. This is a senior role and requires an experienced individual, strong minded, a team player but one who is equally able to operate effectively with large amounts of autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & agree marketing strategy for Marlet Property Group
  • Lead & coordinate promotional activity to best drive revenue building opportunities
  • Act as business PR lead, coordinate & execute annual PR plans
  • Working with the overall business management team, coordinate & execute all marketing plans

Digital Marketing Activities:

  • Lead execution of all digital campaigns
  • Develop relationships & partnerships that will assist the business in all areas of operations
  • Be the guardian of the Marlet brand & ensure that all activation are in line with brand guidelines

Brand Standards

  • Own key agency relationships as appropriate
  • Ownership of elements of the overall marketing budget for Marlet Property Group
  • Represent Marlet Property Group at key customer & industry events
  • A proven commercial awareness regarding prudent spend management

The ideal candidate will have 5 year experience and Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

 

Town Planner

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Experience in lodgement of planning applications, submissions, appeals, SHD applications, FI’s, Development Plan submissions etc.
  • Submission & management of planning compliance & enforcement procedures
  • Site acquisition planning assessments
  • Overseeing & management of planning application submissions
  • Experience in working in a fast paced planning environment with multiple live projects
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Addressing regular internal planning, commercial, legal among other queries
  • Management of design team & planning application inputs

 

Project Manager

  • 2-3 years experience.
  • Experience in project management of planning applications and/or construction projects
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment with multiple live projects
  • Project Management of planning application lodgements
  • Planning programme development, updating and reporting
  • Ensuring design team adherence to agreed programmes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
  • Addressing regular internal queries & collaboration with legal, commercial & other departments
  • Regular reporting to CEO & management

 

Senior Project Manager

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Experience in project management of construction projects
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment with multiple live projects
  • Contract Administration and management
  • Preparing project plans/schedules of works
  • Managing and monitoring contractors onsite
  • Quality management
  • Ensuring design team adherence to agreed programmes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
  • Addressing regular internal queries & collaboration with legal, commercial & other departments
  • Regular reporting to CEO & management

 

Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Reporting into a Commercial Manager
  • Tendering Material schedules
  • Prepare budget cost plans
  • Take charge of final account negotiations and variation discussions
  • Appoint and monitor Sub-Contractor packages
  • Produce and present reports for Commercial Manager
  • Producing financial projections and forecasting
  • Developing and maintaining supplier and sub-contractor relationships

 

Architect

  • 5-7 years experience
  • A relevant degree qualification
  • Advise on design schemes
  • Advise on detailed construction drawings, diagrams specifications and schedules etc to enable the building contractor to carry out the works to a satisfactory standard.
  • Work closely with building contractors. To assist the building contractor to achieve satisfactory results. To guide and advise building contractors and specialist sub-contractors as and when necessary.
  • Oversee the building contract and to monitor the work in terms of quality, progress and costs as closely as is reasonably possible.
  • Keep a watching brief over matters relating to costs and cost variations.
  • Inspect the building at the completion of the project and to draw up schedules of outstanding works, incomplete items and building defects; and to instruct the builders accordingly in order that all building work is satisfactorily completed.
  • Preparation of architectural feasibility for sites/development potentials.
  • The architect will provide support to both the construction and planning teams and will liaise with development, finance and procurement
  • The role will focus on the deliverability of projects in a timely fashion and within budget
  • The architect will need to respond to issues / opportunities that arise within the company as may be required in an architects role for any such assessments as the company may need
