An Bord Pleanála approves Howth town centre scheme
4th March 2020 – Marlet’s exciting plans for redeveloping a central site in the heart of Howth were approved by An Bord Pleanála.
The thorough integration of these exciting new homes into the adjacent townscape through sensitive building design, the inclusion of ground-level retail units, and the creation of two new public spaces as well as the upgrade of existing pedestrian links are all vital parts of the success of this project.
With easy access to Balscadden beach and the surrounding coastline, and close to the town centre and its historic Martello Tower, these dual-aspect homes will undoubtedly prove very popular with their future residents. Amenities including a community room and café will also make it a destination and very much part of the commercial flow of the town centre.
We are confident that once complete the development will harmonise extremely well with its surroundings and will become a great addition to Howth, welcoming all-comers to the area.
