Prussia Street
We’re excited to introduce our Prussia Street Student Accommodation development, where we plan to accomplish two goals: create a welcoming and convenient place for students; and enhance the local area, injecting new life and vitality to the street.
The development will feature 193-bed spaces and a host of resident amenities including a lounge, gym, concierge and social room.

Details & Amenities
The accommodation will be built as a series of individual clusters with courtyards providing light and garden space, instilling a greater sense of home and intimacy. With its close proximity to DIT’s Grangegorman campus and the student facilities, we hope to build a home away from home for students. They’ll enjoy private and shared spaces including courtyards, lounges, a gym and a cinema room.
Each room is en-suite and includes a study area. The breakdown of rooms includes standard, disabled and double rooms. Access and bike parking will be a breeze with three set-down/drop-off car parking spaces and 120 sheltered bicycle spaces.

Site Location
Enjoying a prime location close to Stoneybatter, Phibsborough and Smithfield, this new development will be a perfect addition to Prussia Street and is within minutes walk from the DIT campus.
While the Dublin 7 location has everything a student could want or need, the city centre is within walking distance, and there are Dublin Bus stops located along Prussia Street and Aughrim Street to the west, which provide connections into and out of the city centre.
The Luas Red Line is less than 1km to the south, while the Green Line to the northeast of the site (Grangegorman and Broadstone DIT stops) is within 1km.
