Ropemaker Place shortlisted for the RIAI Public Choice Award 2021
RELATED PROJECTS
Our recently completed residential development, Ropemaker Place, has been shortlisted by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland for the most coveted Public Choice Award.
Four weeks after receiving the Building of the Year Award, for the Private Rented Sector, this new nomination is a testament to the building’s architectural excellence.
Designed by Dublin based architectural practice, Henry J Lyons, with Walls Construction as main contractor, Ropemaker Place is a stunning residential development located in the heart of the Silicon Docks in Dublin 2. This seven-storey development, designed to retain elements of the warehouse feel and rich history of the local area, offers 56 high-end apartments and duplexes, along with many residents amenities and a large internal landscaped garden.
Now in their 32nd year, the RIAI Awards are the premier architectural awards in Ireland. The RIAI Awards recognise excellence in design and the contribution made by architecture to society for everyone’s benefit. The projects shortlisted for the Public Choice awards have been selected by a jury of experts, leaving the general public a chance to choose their favourite project.
