Marlet Property Group Announces Acquisition of Three Retail Parks

Marlet Property Group, in partnership with Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking Property Finance Group, is proud to announce the acquisition of three well known retail parks.
Marlet has grown to become on of Ireland’s largest independently owned property development companies. This latest transaction sees Marlet acquiring three retail parks: Belgard Retail Park in Tallaght, Dublin 24, M1 Retail Park in Drogheda, Co. Louth, and Poppyfield Retail Park in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
