The Shipping Office, a Grade A office development, features 177,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art office space across eight storeys, complemented by 5,700 sq ft of innovative retail space. Designed by architects Henry J Lyons, the building seamlessly integrates with the historic structures, enhancing the urban fabric of the area while introducing a modern landmark on the banks of the River Liffey.

The facade of The Shipping Office is designed to harmonise with the historic structures through carefully selected materials, creating a distinctive character that will become a Liffey landmark. The ground floor hosts retail and reception services, while the upper floors provide premium commercial space.
A rooftop terrace with views of the River Liffey, landscaped with native vegetation, offers a unique natural habitat within the city. The building’s sustainable design has earned it LEED Platinum and Wired Certified Platinum statuses, highlighting Marlet Property Group’s commitment to environmental responsibility and technological excellence.
The Shipping Office is ideally situated at the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks, surrounded by international financial institutions, leading legal firms, and global media and technology companies.
