An Bord Pleanála gives the green light for new residential development in Cabinteely
We are pleased to announce that An Bord Pleanála has granted approval for Brennanstown Road, our new residential development, on the outskirts of Cabinteely village.
In this stunning valley spot, our upcoming addition to South County Dublin will bring 234 high-end apartments and duplexes within ample grounds to Brennanstown Road. The development is designed to appreciate space inside and out; something to cherish in modern city living.
The homes will be dual-aspect with views of the valley and beyond. There will be lots of open, landscaped space, including playgrounds, and a stream bordering the site.
Our plans combine state-of-the-art housing with exceptional facilities for residents including a large gym, a creche and thoughtful outdoor features so they can truly enjoy the area: pedestrian walkways, courtyards and a cycling corridor linking Cornelscourt to Cherrywood.
Located between Cabinteely Park and Carrickmines Golf Club with a shopping district and plenty of transport options nearby, we’re confident that new residents will get the most from their new neighbourhood.
