The Kilbride site is located on Herbert Road in Bray, approximately 2km from Bray Town Centre.

The site benefits from excellent transport links, the N11/M11 motorway is a short distance away and provides easy access to the M50 and Dublin’s southside. The site is served by Dublin Bus routes 145, 84X and 185, which in turn provide links to Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock as well as Dublin City Centre. Bray DART station is 3.4km away from the site, providing frequent services to Dublin City Centre, Howth and Malahide.
Bray DART station also serves the Dublin Connolly/Rosslare Europort Line.

There are plenty of amenities in the area surrounding Kilbride, including Brennanstown Horse Riding School, the picturesque surroundings of Killruddery House and Gardens, and a multitude of Golf Courses including Bray Golf Club.
